We do not ship anything. This page explains what happens after you leave, because that is the part people ask about.

Who ships your order

The retailer whose listing you opened. They take the payment, pack the parcel, choose the carrier and handle the tracking. We are not part of that chain and never see your address.

Typical delivery in the United States

• Prime members: one to two days on most of these items.
• Standard delivery: four to five working days.
• Free delivery thresholds and any express option are set by the retailer, not by us.

Tracking

Your tracking number arrives by email from the retailer and lives in your account order history. If it stops updating, contact them directly. We have no way to look it up.

Outside the United States

These listings are US listings. Some ship internationally with customs charges added at the border, some do not ship abroad at all. The listing page shows which, once you set your delivery country.

If a parcel goes missing

Open a claim with the retailer. Their support has the carrier record and the refund button. Writing to us only adds a day.
