Returns
Returns are handled by the retailer you bought from. We cannot accept, process or refund a return, because no order ever passes through this site.
The usual window
Most clothing sold on the retailer we link to can go back within thirty days of delivery, unworn and with the tags on. Swimwear is the exception people get caught by: the hygiene liner has to be intact for the return to be accepted, so try the bottoms on over underwear.
How to start one
- Open your order history at the retailer and pick the item.
- Choose a reason. A wrong size is a normal reason and does not count against you.
- Print the label they generate, or use the barcode at a drop off point.
- Keep the tracking receipt until the refund lands.
Sizing returns
The most common reason for sending activewear back is a size chosen from habit rather than measured. A size S waist in this catalogue runs from 20.5 to 30.5 inches depending on the model, so the letter on its own tells you very little. The chart on each product page and the finder in the sizing guide both work from the maker figures.
Faulty or wrong item
Photograph it before you repack it and raise it with the retailer straight away. If a listing on this site describes something that arrived differently, tell us at [email protected] as well so we can correct the page.
